Captains - Track and Field

Nicole Dyer & Kathleen Monforto
Nicole Dyer (nee Briggs) has been running in the South Jersey area since she was 13. After graduating from Haddon Heights High School in 2006 with personal bests in the 1600 (5:15) and 3200 (11:15), she ran for East Carolina University focusing on the 5k (17:16) and the 10k (38:25). In this new era of running as a mother of two, Nicole encourages everyone (especially women) to step out of their comfort zones to try something new. She believes a well-rounded training plan includes hard work, good music, and healthy trash-talking.
Kathleen (Linck) Monforto has been running since age 10, competing at Bishop Eustace and later at Georgetown University, where she earned All-American honors in the 3000m. After returning to the sport 10 years ago, she has enjoyed reconnecting with the running community and values the camaraderie that makes running so rewarding.
